Planting position: Full sun. Wind-protected planting spot. Suitable for most growing regions.
Requires regular and thorough watering. Well-draining soil, enriched with lime and complete fertiliser. Watch out for fusarium and snails.
Propagate from autumn-sown seed.

Usually grown as an annual, the Wallflower flowers for long periods during summer with its yellow and brown blooms clustered together on stems. New strains offer colours like reds, pinks and pinkish-shaded whites.
