Category 3: Declared Weeds and (Invader)s.
Category 3 means… you shouldn't propagate, plant, import, sell/buy them. If they have been growing from before the start of these regulations they can be left growing - but only if they are growing further than 30 metres for a 1:50 year flood line of stream, river etc. If they grow within 30 metres, they need to go!
