Indigenous;
Planting position: Semi to Full Shade. Ideal for cold regions.
Requires watering only when dry. Compost-enriched, well-draining loamy soil. Watch out for mites, greenfly or rot
Propagate from leaf cuttings.

The indigenous Streptocarpus fall into two distinct groups: those with stems and the more commonly known types with a rosette of leaves - mostly these plants are perennials and all of them stunningly ornamental with blooms of purple, white and pink to red colourings.
