Watch out for fusarium and fungal diseases.
Propagate from spring-sown (in situ) seed.
The varieties of this annual range from dwarf- to tall growing strains with summer
flowers in many different colours, some double or semi-double. These daisy-like
blooms are velvety and borne singly on erect stalks, with its leaves hairy and pointy.
